We’re VOID Interactive, the passionate team of developers behind the hit FPS title, Ready or Not.
We pride ourselves on bringing together diverse talent to create
compelling gaming experiences. Currently, we’re expanding our roster and
seeking a dedicated Capture Artist to join us remotely.
In this all-in-one role, you’ll
collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to capture
in-engine game footage, produce compelling trailers, and craft top-tier
social media content that showcases the intensity and realism of our
projects.
In this role, you'll be in charge of:
- Capturing and curating high-quality in-engine footage that highlights key gameplay moments, features, and updates.
- Editing and assembling impactful trailers and promotional videos to drive player excitement and engagement.
- Collaboration with the marketing and
art teams to plan, script, and storyboard video content that aligns with
our brand vision and tone.
- Production of social media content for multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent voice and visual style.
- Acting as a one-person production
unit, handling everything from camera work within Unreal Engine 5 to
final post-production edits.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, new editing software, and cinematography techniques to continually refine your craft.
- Working independently while maintaining regular communication with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Of course, you won't be alone on this
mission - you'll be collaborating with the entire team and outside
vendors to ensure we're maximising our efforts and achieving our
goals!
Here’s what you'll be bringing to the team:
- Proven experience in game capture,
video editing, and cinematic storytelling—experience on at least one
shipped title or equivalent promotional campaign is a plus.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) and familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
- A strong eye for composition, camera angles, colour grading, and lighting to create dynamic, cinematic shots.
- An adaptable skill set, capable of
managing both creative and technical tasks—from orchestrating scenes to
mastering audio mixing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills that help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Great work ethic, ready to take ownership of projects and deliver results within tight schedules.
