Job Description

As the CRM Integration and Automation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of a game-changing initiative to streamline operations across multiple business verticals. You’ll leverage your expertise in CRM systems, particularly Monday.com, to create a unified ecosystem that enhances team efficiency and productivity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including visual automation platforms and cloud services, while directly impacting the company’s operational success. You’ll collaborate closely with management, applying your technical skills to solve complex integration challenges and drive innovation in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the integration of Monday.com CRM across three critical business verticals: payment processing, medical billing service, and software development
  • Design and implement sophisticated workflows using state-of-the-art visual automation platforms, with a focus on Make.com
  • Develop and maintain robust integrations between the CRM and various other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
  • Harness the power of server automation and cloud services, particularly AWS, to optimize system operations and enhance performance
  • Collaborate directly with the management team to translate business requirements into effective integration strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement of system integrations and workflows, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for CRM utilization and automation across the organization

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hands-on experience with CRM software, with a strong emphasis on Monday.com or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing visual automation platforms, particularly Make.com
  • Solid background in server automation and cloud services, with specific expertise in AWS
  • Impressive portfolio of successful CRM integrations and automation projects in complex business environments
  • Sharp analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a remote work environment while maintaining strong collaborative skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for staying current with the latest developments in CRM and automation technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM integration and automation roles (7-8 years preferred, but flexible for exceptional candidates)
