Job Requirements
🔹 Experience:
✔ 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or real estate operations.
✔ Prior experience working with real estate agents, brokers, or transaction coordinators is preferred.
🔹 Professionalism & Communication:
✔
Excellent written & verbal communication skills—must be able to
draft emails, manage documents, and coordinate with multiple
stakeholders.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
🔹 Organization & Tech Skills:
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KvCore, or similar), project management tools, and Google Suite.
✔ Strong calendar management & scheduling skills—able to coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on tasks.
