Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring a Head of PC/Console Publishing to help
us publish and scale exceptional independent titles on PC and Console
platforms, expanding our portfolio of successful partnerships.

What We Expect
You will:
- Build and Lead the Steam Publishing Department:
You’ll define the vision, strategy, and processes for the department,
shaping the direction for indie game publishing on PC/Console.
- Drive Publisher Partnerships:
Identify and cultivate new high-potential indie game studios, fostering
relationships that lead to successful publishing partnerships on
PC/Console.
- Mentor and Onboard Studios: Guide indie studios through the publishing process, from game development to marketing and sales.
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive publishing strategies that ensure the
success of both new and existing titles within our portfolio on
PC/Console.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with
cross-functional teams including marketing, community engagement, and
development to ensure smooth execution of publishing strategies and to
optimize the success of our titles.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance:
Regularly assess the performance of games in our PC/Console portfolio,
using data to refine strategies and ensure maximum commercial success.
- Play a Key Role in Strategy:
Play an instrumental role in scouting, evaluating, and selecting game
titles, offering input on game mechanics, design, and marketability.
You must have:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in game publishing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role focused on PC/Console gaming.

Proven expertise in
scouting and evaluating indie games, with a keen eye for innovative
gameplay, storytelling, and market potential on PC/Console.

Demonstrated success in
developing and executing production, marketing, and distribution
strategies specifically tailored for the PC/Console platforms.

Strong relationships
within the global indie developer community, with the ability to build
and maintain strategic partnerships for publishing opportunities.

Deep understanding of
PC/Console ecosystems—including tools, features, and analytics—to
maximize game visibility and drive sales.

Exceptional leadership
and organizational skills, with experience managing cross-functional
teams across scouting, production, marketing, and distribution.

Passion about gaming
with a comprehensive understanding of the indie gaming landscape,
staying ahead of market trends to inform strategic decisions
