Our company SAND has 500+ staff members from 40+ countries with plans
to acquire several companies around the world to become a multi-billion
dollar global technology services provider that employs over 100K

ABOUT THE PEOPLE EXPERIENCE TEAM
We are members of the People Department along with the Talent
Acquisition and People Operations teams. We do not see ourselves as a
typical HR team though, in fact some of us do not even come from HR
backgrounds, but ended up here because People is one of the corporate
areas with more potential for improvement, and because it is the MOST
important of all in relation to the success of a company.
We see ourselves as a insider “consulting firm” that happens to focus
on designing, implementing and maintaining initiatives and projects
that target different phases of the end-to-end staff journey in order to
maximize a culture of productivity and growth for our team members.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Creatively ideate powerful experiences from concept
design and strategy to programming, logistics, documentation and
communication in order to foster a culture of employee engagement and
enhance job satisfaction. This includes organizing our online and offline signature staff events (ie All staff retreats, All hands meetings, Staff Newsletter, etc.).
- Partner with our Learning Team to ideate and deliver end to end learning experiences for our staff along the employee journey (ie Onboarding Week, Pre Onboarding Virtual Course, etc.).
- Establish performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback mechanisms to support employee development and growth.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ideate, implement and guard the SAND culture. Ensure we are all aligned on our ways of working, rituals, routines and other cultural elements

Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: Develop
strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction, as well
as coordinate employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather
insights on employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational
culture.

Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for
employees on matters related to policies, procedures, and employee
relations issues. Provide guidance and support to resolve conflicts,
address concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:

+5 years of combined experience in Operations, Strategy and/or People oriented roles (Preferably within fast growth startups/scaleups, management consulting or tech companies)

Operations: Outstanding project management skills
and can drive flawless processes with attention to detail, while
constantly looking for opportunities for optimization and improvement

Business Acumen: Strategic thinker who is keen and
quick in understanding and dealing with decisions that impact the
business beyond the People function
- Builder/ Maintainer: Great ability and passion to build things that will scale and maintain processes

People Oriented: Strong relationship builder across all ranks with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
