    We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant & Social Media Manager to support the CEO in managing their professional and personal affairs, online presence, and public engagements. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter with a strong background in social media management, personal assistant services, and a passion for creating engaging content. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for maintaining the CEO’s professional and personal interests effectively. 
     
    Key Responsibilities 
     
    Personal Assistant Duties: 
     
    • Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations. 
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, event attendance, and personal errands. 
    • Handle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO. 
    • Assist with the planning and execution of personal projects or initiatives. 
    • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism. 
     
    Social Media Management: 
     
    • Oversee and maintain the CEO’s social media accounts, including any associated personal or business interests. 
    • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the CEO’s brand, voice, and objectives. 
    • Implement effective strategies to grow social media engagement and followership. 
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive meaningful impact. 
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering community engagement. 
    • Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance. 
     
    SEO and Digital Content: 
     
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and reach. 
    • Collaborate with content creators or designers to produce visually appealing and impactful posts. 
    • Monitor SEO performance and provide insights and actionable recommendations. 
     

    Requirements  
    • Experience: Proven track record as a Personal Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist. 
    • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging trends. 
    • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO tools, on-page optimization, and keyword research. 
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
