Superhuman is building the most desired pre-workout energy brand, creating seriously fun products that actually work. We're looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker to lead our product marketing.

The Role: *Fluent English in both written and verbal is required 

The Recruiter (TA Specialist)  will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent while enhancing the company’s employer brand and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, collaborating with marketing to promote the company’s culture and values, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will partner with internal teams to create engaging onboarding programs that foster employee engagement and retention. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences.

What You'll Do:

Recruit

• Partner with the Director of Talent to fill positions across the organization
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process 
• Source talent using the sourcing tools available to you 
• Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently filled positions 
• Create action and recruiting plans with hiring managers with a goal to find the best talent available for each position 
• Stick and beat deadlines for searches 

Onboarding 

• Partner with Hiring Managers to create onboarding plans for new hires 
• Help to lead new hire onboarding and orientation 

Employer Brand 

• Under the direction of the Director of Talent, help to bring the Employer brand of Alpha Lion to the next level: 
• Career site updates 
• Internal challenges and engagement 
• Linked posting and engagement 
• Career fairs and other opportunities to help engage with future talent 

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

• 2+ years in recruiting 
• Proven track record 
• Experience in DTC recruiting 
• Experience with recruiting internationally 
• History of building impactful relationships with candidates and internal partners 
• Experience with brand building and storytelling
