Main responsibilities:-Ideate and develop creative referral and ambassador program campaigns.-Execute all aspects of referral and ambassador programs, from launch to ongoing management.-Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign promotion and cross-functional initiatives.-Manage
our CRM, including audience segmentation, email creation and
deployment, and lifecycle touchpoint updates related to the programs.-Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of brand ambassadors.-Track and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing ROI.-Use SQL to extract data and perform calculations related to program economics, CAC, and other relevant metrics.-Report regularly on program performance and provide recommendations for optimization.-Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in referral and ambassador marketing.-Continuously test and iterate on program elements to maximize effectiveness.
You have experience in:-2+ years of experience in referral program management, affiliate marketing, community management, or a related field.-Designing
and implementing successful referral programs, including defining
target audiences, developing reward structures, and managing program
logistics.-Building and managing ambassador programs, including recruiting, onboarding, and engaging brand advocates.-Utilizing analytics platforms to track program performance and identify areas for improvement.-Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing.-Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.-Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write queries for data extraction and analysis. This is crucial for calculating program economics and estimations.-Experience with calculating Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and understanding the economics of incentive programs.

relationships with ambassadors and internal stakeholders.-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -High agency. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.-Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal communications.
