Summary
The
Senior Marketing Operations Business Partner will drive strategic and
operational initiatives that support campaign execution across our
marketing teams (in alignment with other functions) to drive performance
improvements and continuously enhance the impact of marketing on Deel’s
growth. You will have full ownership over our marketing operations
campaign execution - working closely with Marketing and Revenue
Operations teams to implement processes, templates, best practices, and
QA that enable the Deel Marketing team to execute campaigns across owned
channels and to move faster and market smarter while maintaining
operational excellence. You will report to our Senior Director of
Lifecycle Marketing & Operations.
