What youβll be responsible for: 1)Market and Product Research: -
Understand product adoption / product usage and give us guidelines to
where there can be opportunity or threats and may help us with insight
to conduct research. - Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product positioning and messaging (interviews, surveys).- Identify competitorβs partnerships and product strategies and understand opportunities.2)B2B and B2C Strategy Development: -
Lead product use cases initiatives and work with cross-functional teams
to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C
and B2B products.- Define target customer segments and create tailored marketing plans for each.-
Drive customer conversion and retention efforts through effective
campaigns and messaging (internal - Email marketing, onboarding, etc).3) Data Analysis: - Turn data into actionable recommendations to improve marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).4) Content Creation: -
Develop compelling content, including product messaging, value
propositions, and sales collateral, for both consumer and business
audiences.- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.5) Cross Functional Collaboration: (Marketing, Growth, Sales, Strategy, Operations)
Experience, skills & stack required:- 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Strategy roles. Advanced Spreadsheets. - Presentation skills.- Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and/or quantitative skills/relevant experience. SQL knowledge.- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with the financial industry.- Spanish and English language advanced.
