We are seeking a Senior System Administrator / System Architect with extensive experience in system architecture and administration to ensure the stability and performance of our core systems.
Your main tasks will be:

Maintaining and optimizing the reliability of business-critical, high-load web systems.

Troubleshooting and resolving incidents promptly to minimize downtime.

Proactively identifying and addressing potential points of failure to prevent disruptions.

Setting up and configuring new environments to support system scalability and ensure long-term reliability
We expect from you:
- Proven experience with Netscaler, Nginx, Linux, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, CDN (Akamai preferred), and ELK stack.

English proficiency at B1-B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
- Strong analytical thinking: Ability to evaluate complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- Excellent critical thinking skills: Capable of assessing multiple approaches to choose the optimal one.
- A creative mindset: Able to develop innovative solutions to tackle unique system challenges.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills: Efficiently juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- A high degree of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvements.
