Requirements:
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of visual styles in games guided by the principles of
creation of a realistic and stylized drawing and artistic painting in a
raster.
- Strong skills in Graphic Designs.
- Knowledge of mobile and PC interface guidelines and layout adaptations.
- Knowledge of color theory, typography and font composition in logos.
- Ability to draw and paint in raster.
- Knowledge of standard art and design tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator).
- Experience in creating stylized interface elements and illustrated icons, pop-ups, etc.
- Ability to design mobile and PC interfaces from scratch, from creating wireframes to the final presentation in visual style.
- Released commercial projects and works gathered in a solid portfolio.
- Upper Intermediate English.
- Passion for games and game industry.
Optional Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Experience of work with UI in Unity and UE4-5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Art Director/Producer and team to translate
game systems and gameplay user experience goals into intuitive
interfaces that support and enhance the game look and experience.
- Observe and interpret results of usability testing and live game
metrics, sharing conclusions with the Lead UI/UX designer and the Art
Director, and imagine solutions that help to increase accessibility and
inform design decision making game-wide.
- Produce Schemes of global flows with detailed requirements in collaboration with the local Game designer, Producer and Leads.
- Designing and implementing menu and user-interface/HUD systems that
are visually attractive, intuitive, efficient, and that meet design
needs and are aligned with the established visual identity.
- Collaborate and participate with artists locally to create
high-fidelity mockups to solidify design direction and planning
regarding ergonomic and aesthetical expectations.
