The Role We Need:
PadSplit

is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution

and optimization of multi-channel communication campaigns that drive

user engagement and conversion.  This role is essential to maintaining

high-performing automation flows and ensuring consistent, data-driven

communication across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

The

ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a passion for digital

marketing and a strong foundation in business, marketing, or

engineering. This role requires someone to be analytical, tech-savvy,

and eager to troubleshoot and optimize communication campaigns while

conducting A/B testing and analyzing performance data. This person

thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to staying ahead

of industry trends to drive continuous improvement in multi-channel

marketing efforts.

Hereโ€™s What Youโ€™ll Do Day-To-Day:

    • Execute multi-channel campaigns: Executing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels to engage users effectively.
    • Manage automation flow performance: Monitoring and maintaining automation flows to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and perform at a high level.
    • Conduct A/B testing: Conducting A/B testing and experimentation to identify strategies that optimize user engagement and campaign success.
    • Collaborate on campaign content: Collaborating with the creative team to refine content and visuals for multi-channel campaigns.
    • Troubleshoot HTML and CSS:Troubleshooting HTML and CSS issues to ensure communications render properly across various devices and platforms.
    • Analyze performance data insights: Analyzing performance data and generating insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Hereโ€™s What Youโ€™ll Need To Be Successful:

    • Proficient in HTML/CSS: Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize communications.
    • Basic programming knowledge: Basic understanding of programming, with Node.js experience being a plus.
    • Understand email compatibility: Familiarity with email rendering and cross-platform compatibility to ensure seamless user experiences.
    • A/B testing expertise: Experience in A/B testing and the ability to interpret results to drive improvements.
    • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of marketing execution.
    • Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Stay updated on trends: Knowledge of multi-channel marketing trends and best practices to stay ahead in a competitive industry.

The Interview Process:

    • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
    • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a phone screen with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
    • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Director of Marketing Automations for forty-five (45) minutes.
    • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with a small panel of key stakeholders for one (1) hour.  For this interview, a candidate would execute a live assessment to the panel for discussion.
    • If warranted, the final step would be a thirty (30) minute interview with our Head of Marketing.
    • If warranted, then we move to offer!

$20,000 - $30,000 a yearThis is a contract position where compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, and the person's expertise and experience.
