The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Motion Graphics Specialist who lives and breathes Adobe After Effects, has an eye for detail, and knows how to make visuals pop. You’re someone who can transform a flat edit into a dynamic visual experience—adding energy, movement, and meaning through animation. If you’re endlessly curious, constantly learning, and excited to push creative boundaries, you’ll fit right in.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

You’ll start by taking assets and rough edits—often functional but visually underwhelming—and turn them into high-impact content. We want transformation, not just polish. Expect to lead the motion work on a few key projects that set the tone for what our upgraded visuals can be. Your work will help define the look and feel of our future content.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects

• Create content optimized for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats

• Integrate compelling visuals—stock, AI-generated, or original—to enhance storytelling

• Bring typography to life through clean, creative motion design

• Collaborate with editors, producers, and creative leads to ensure consistent visual quality

• Use AI-assisted tools to innovate and streamline the creative process

• Develop motion graphics templates to support internal workflows

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and motion solutions

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required); Premiere Pro (a strong plus)

• A portfolio that showcases a range of motion design styles and creative excellence

• Strong grasp of motion design principles, typography, color, and visual hierarchy

• Experience with AI design tools or willingness to explore them

• Excellent visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail

• Clear communicator who takes feedback well and delivers revisions efficiently

• Able to balance speed and quality, even when juggling multiple projects

• Bonus: Experience designing template systems or toolkits for teams
